We want you to love what you bought. If you don’t, here’s how it works:

• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging

• Email support@barkbeyond.co with your order number to start the process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item back

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll send a replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.

Who pays return shipping?

Changed your mind? Return shipping is on you. Our mistake? We cover it.
